The smitten reality TV star and the rapper father of her unborn baby reteamed to attend a party in New York last night.
Kim caught attention with another unusual fashion choice, giving the illusion she was wearing a baggy black blazer and nothing else.
She ensured her cleavage stole the spotlight in the revealing design, giving her bare legs a decent airing too.
The socialite complemented her eye-catching look with cascades of silky locks.
Kanye played it typically cool, wearing a low-cut top, white jacket and black blazer.

Earlier in the day, Kim was snapped out and about in the Big Apple wearing a figure-hugging dress and cardigan.
Kanye has been absent in the TV beauty’s life in recent weeks as he’s been busy working on music in Paris.
However, it’s claimed he’s cramming in studio time now so he can be around to help out when their baby arrives in July.
So much so, Kanye is reportedly planning to quit his career for six months to be a stay-at-home dad.
A source said: “He’s getting all the work out the way so that he can be with Kim and the baby nonstop for at least the first six months.
“Once their baby is born, Kanye will be on a self-imposed lockdown.”
It had previously been reported that Kim felt abandoned by her boyfriend and that her pleas for him to visit her had fallen on deaf ears.
Last week it was revealed Kim had reached an out-of-court divorce settlement with ex Kris Humphries after a year-and-a-half legal battle.
The NBA basketball star had previously refused to settle, demanding an annulment after alleging that she had duped him in to a fraudulent marriage.
However, he finally backed down just weeks ahead of their planned trial on May 6.
Kim and Kris were infamously wed for 72 days before the socialite filed for divorce in October 2011.
The sports ace subsequently claimed Kim had only tied the knot with him to boost ratings for her reality TV show.
