The fashion designer turned 39 on Wednesday and celebrated by enjoying a meal at a posh London eaterie with her family and sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
And she looked delighted as she was presented with a snazzy-looking dessert by the restaurant.
Husband David was nowhere to be seen due to his footballing commitments with Paris Saint-Germain in France, but that didn't stop his wife from enjoying her special day as she entered the final year of her 30s.
